Deleting your account

Understand account deletion impact and required confirmations.

Steps

  1. Open Settings > Account and scroll to Danger zone.
  2. Tap Delete account and read the warning carefully. This action is permanent and can remove owned businesses and profile data.
  3. To confirm, type your full account email exactly as requested (or DELETE if no email is on file), then tap Delete my account.
  4. Before confirming, resolve active bookings, pending payments, and any team ownership handoffs to avoid customer disruption.
  5. After successful deletion, you are logged out and account access is removed.
  6. If your goal is only to stop one workspace, prefer workspace level closure or transfer over full account deletion.
  7. Outcome check: deletion is intentional, validated, and completed only after operational obligations are closed.
