- In Reports, open Revenue by service and related performance sections for the selected date range.
- Compare services by booking count, revenue contribution, and repeat demand, not by one metric alone.
- Flag services with high demand but low margin for pricing or duration review.
- Flag services with high margin but low demand for offer positioning, copy, or portfolio/marketing refresh.
- Use page visits and conversion data alongside service revenue. A service with strong traffic but weak bookings may need clearer copy, better media, simpler payment rules, or a stronger offer.
- Check operational fit: if a service causes frequent reschedules or missed appointments, adjust minimum notice, duration, fixed slots, booking request behavior, or payment requirement.
- Premium insights can surface capacity, client retention, repeat booking, top spender, and strategy signals that explain service performance beyond raw revenue.
- After any change, check the same report range again after at least one full booking cycle to confirm improvement.
- Outcome check: you should know which services to scale, rework, bundle, or retire based on measurable performance.
