Creating an appointment manually

Create appointments directly for phone or walk in bookings.

Steps

  1. Manual appointment creation is for bookings that come in through phone calls, walk in customers, direct messages, or any channel outside your public booking page.
  2. Open the Appointments section and tap the add (+) button to start creating a new appointment. You will need to select or create a client, choose a service, and pick a date and time.
  3. Select the client from your existing client list, or create a new client on the spot by entering their name, email, and phone number. Accurate contact details are important for reminders and notifications.
  4. Choose the service being booked. The service's duration, price, and service extras are filled in based on your service settings, but you can adjust them for this specific booking if needed.
  5. Pick the booking date and set the start time. The end time is calculated automatically based on the service duration. Make sure the slot does not conflict with your availability or existing bookings.
  6. Add any notes relevant to the appointment. These are visible on the appointment detail screen and help you prepare for the service.
  7. Save the appointment. It appears immediately in your appointment list and calendar view. The client receives a booking confirmation notification based on your notification settings.
