Steps

  1. Your business profile is created during onboarding but can be updated at any time from Settings > Your Business > Business details.
  2. The business name appears on your public booking page and in all communications shown to customers, so keep it professional and recognizable.
  3. Your booking slug is the part after cyntree.com/b/. It is checked during onboarding, cannot use restricted wording, and should be short, memorable, and aligned with your brand.
  4. Select the business type that best matches how customers search for you. The business type can influence templates, setup prompts, and how the booking website describes your services.
  5. Add the business description, phone, email, VAT number if relevant, and address fields. Use details customers can safely rely on when preparing for an appointment.
  6. Upload a square, high quality logo. It appears on the booking page, in app surfaces, and inside marketing/website areas that reuse your business identity.
  7. Your country, currency, and timezone affect appointment times shown to customers and payment setup. Review them before taking live bookings.
  8. After changing profile details, open the Share tab and test the public booking link so you can verify the customer page shows the updated identity.
