Steps

  1. Open Portfolio Gallery and switch to list or grid view so you can inspect each item with its source label.
  2. Use Edit only for portfolio uploads when quality can be improved with crop or rotation. View only sources do not open the portfolio editor.
  3. Use Delete only for portfolio uploads that no longer represent your current standard. Confirm the action only after checking reuse impact.
  4. Images linked to active Marketing surfaces can block delete actions. Replace dependent flyer or thank you assets first, then retry deletion.
  5. For images or videos sourced from a service, use Open service to edit or remove them from the service context instead of forcing gallery deletion.
  6. For client booking images, open the linked booking context. They are view only reference images, not portfolio uploads.
  7. After cleanup, review public booking and marketing surfaces to confirm no broken or unintended image gaps remain.
  8. Outcome check: gallery stays current, high quality, and operationally aligned with active services and campaigns.
