Face ID and biometric login

Steps

1. Open Settings > Preferences and locate the biometric toggle (for example Face ID unlock on supported iOS devices).
2. Enable the toggle and complete the device biometric verification prompt.
3. If biometric options show Unavailable, configure biometrics in device settings first, then return to Cyntree.
4. Use biometric unlock only on trusted devices because it keeps account access convenient and persistent.
5. If unlock fails repeatedly, disable and enable the biometric toggle again, then test with a fresh app foreground cycle.
6. Keep a working password or magic link method as fallback in case device biometric enrollment changes.
7. Outcome check: app unlock works with biometrics and still supports secure fallback sign in methods.
