Forgot your password?

Steps

1. On the login screen, tap Forgot password? to open the Reset password page.
2. Enter the account email and tap Send reset link.
3. Open the reset email on the same device and follow the secure reset link immediately.
4. On the reset screen, enter and confirm your new password, then submit.
5. Sign in again with the new password to verify access is restored.
6. If the reset link is missing or expired, request a new reset email instead of reusing the old message.
7. Security tip: after reset, sign out from shared devices and store the new password securely.
