Billing history and invoices

Steps

1. Open Settings > Your Business > Workspace and Features, then use the management action available for your subscription source.
2. For web subscriptions managed through Stripe, Manage account online opens billing history or invoices. For app store subscriptions, receipts and invoices may live in the Apple or Google account used for purchase.
3. Use invoice dates and line items to reconcile subscription costs separately from customer booking revenue.
4. Download invoice PDFs from the portal for bookkeeping, VAT/tax records, or accountant handoff.
5. If a charge looks wrong, capture the invoice ID, amount, and billing date before contacting support.
6. Do not use booking level reports as a substitute for subscription invoices. They measure customer transactions, not platform subscription charges.
7. Outcome check: each subscription charge should map to a clear invoice entry and plan or feature state.
