- Go to Settings > Your Business > Workspace and Features.
- Choose the plan card or billing action shown for your subscription source. Some workspaces manage checkout through the web billing portal; app store subscriptions may open Apple or Google management instead.
- New eligible workspaces may see a 30 day Premium trial offer before paid billing starts. Review the checkout screen before confirming.
- Before downgrading, list features currently in use that may be gated, such as group bookings, reports, booking requests, calendar sync, marketing tools, discount codes, portfolio, service videos, AI websites, client booking images, service reports, or template websites.
- Complete the plan change in the portal, return to the app, and pull to refresh the Workspace and Features screen.
- Verify feature cards now match the expected entitlement state for the new plan.
- If you need all currently entitled features switched on after an upgrade, use the Enable all my features action when it is shown.
- If state looks stale, switch workspace once and reload to force a fresh subscription snapshot.
