Cancelling your subscription

Cancel safely and understand what happens to data and access.

Steps

  1. Open Settings > Your Business > Workspace and Features and use the management action available for your subscription source.
  2. Stripe web subscriptions are managed online. Apple or Google subscriptions are managed through the relevant app store subscription settings.
  3. Before cancelling, list dependent features in your current workflow: reports, booking requests, group bookings, calendar sync, marketing tools, discount codes, portfolio, service videos, service reports, client booking images, AI websites, and template websites.
  4. Check active bookings and customer communication plans so service delivery is not disrupted by feature loss.
  5. Confirm whether cancellation takes effect immediately or at period end, then proceed only when timing is operationally safe.
  6. After cancellation is submitted, return to the app and confirm the plan status label reflects the expected state.
  7. If your goal is cost reduction, consider downgrading plan or disabling non critical workspace features before full cancellation.
  8. Outcome check: cancellation is intentional, documented, and does not break active customer commitments.
