- Open Settings > Your Business > Workspace and Features and use the management action available for your subscription source.
- Stripe web subscriptions are managed online. Apple or Google subscriptions are managed through the relevant app store subscription settings.
- Before cancelling, list dependent features in your current workflow: reports, booking requests, group bookings, calendar sync, marketing tools, discount codes, portfolio, service videos, service reports, client booking images, AI websites, and template websites.
- Check active bookings and customer communication plans so service delivery is not disrupted by feature loss.
- Confirm whether cancellation takes effect immediately or at period end, then proceed only when timing is operationally safe.
- After cancellation is submitted, return to the app and confirm the plan status label reflects the expected state.
- If your goal is cost reduction, consider downgrading plan or disabling non critical workspace features before full cancellation.
- Outcome check: cancellation is intentional, documented, and does not break active customer commitments.
