Steps

  1. Open Settings > Teams > Configure team and tap Business opening hours under Scheduling. The screen is headed Opening hours with the subtitle The public boundary for team availability.
  2. The first control is Staff manage their own availability. When it is on, each professional sets their own working hours. When it is off, these business hours become everyone's default schedule and staff use Time Off requests instead.
  3. Under Standard opening hours, set an Open and Close time for each day. Use Weekdays, All days, or Clear to select days quickly, then Apply to selected days.
  4. Copy windows from lets you take a day you have already set up and copy it onto others.
  5. You can add more than one window to a day — useful for a lunch closure — and Remove window deletes one.
  6. Tap Save opening hours to apply. These hours are the outer boundary: no professional can be bookable outside them, even if their own hours are wider.
  7. When the business sets the hours, an individual's Availability screen shows Availability set by business and their first summary item reads Business opening hours instead of Weekly hours, linking back to this screen.
  8. Editing these hours needs the Manage team availability permission.
  9. Outcome check: your public booking page stops offering slots outside the windows you saved.
