Joining a business with an invitation code

Steps

1. You need a Cyntree account signed in with the same email address the invitation was sent to. If you are brand new, create your account first — the onboarding step How will you use Cyntree? lets you join a team instead of creating a business.
2. If you already have an account, open Settings > Teams > Join a business.
3. Enter the Invitation code you were sent, formatted like ABCD-2345, then tap Verify invitation.
4. Check the business name shown. If it is not the business you expected, tap Use a different code.
5. Set your Professional display name — this is how your name appears to that business and to its clients. It is prefilled from your account but you can change it before accepting.
6. Tap Accept & join to complete membership, or Decline invitation if you did not expect it.
7. You can switch between your own workspace and the one you joined from Settings > Your account > Create or Switch Business.
8. Outcome check: the business appears in your workspace list and its Team screen shows you under Members.
