Team earnings and own performance

Why an owner and a professional see different numbers in Reports, and which permission controls it.

Steps

  1. On a Cyntree Teams workspace the Reports tab gains an earnings section, and what it shows depends on the permissions you hold.
  2. With the View team reports permission the card is headed Team earnings and labelled TEAM REPORT. It reviews earned revenue, collections, tips, and commission allocations by professional.
  3. With only the View own performance permission the same card is headed My performance and labelled PRIVATE TO YOU. It shows your real earned revenue, collections, tips, and allocation history — and nobody else's.
  4. This is why a professional and an owner can open the same tab and see legitimately different numbers. Neither is wrong.
  5. A member whose role restricts the business-wide dashboard still sees it filled with demo numbers, with a note that they can open My performance for their real figures.
  6. To let someone see the whole team's earnings, open Settings > Teams > Configure team, tap the member, and grant View team reports under the Reports group. Export reports is a separate permission.
  7. Outcome check: after granting the permission, the member's card header changes from My performance to Team earnings.
