Steps

  1. Guest booking means no account setup is required at checkout. You book with name, email, and phone, then manage using booking reference plus email.
  2. A Cyntree client portal account lets you view all your bookings across every Cyntree business in one place at cyntree.com/portal. You can opt in to create one during the booking flow after entering your email.
  3. For either path, always use the same email consistently across bookings to reduce lookup problems.
  4. Guest users should save every confirmation email because that is the primary recovery path for reference IDs.
  5. Portal account users can sign in at cyntree.com/portal at any time to see their full booking history. If you forget your password, use the Forgot password link on the login page.
  6. If unsure which path you used, check confirmation email headers. Portal account creation sends a separate confirmation from Cyntree.
  7. Best practice: if you book repeatedly with businesses on Cyntree, create a portal account so your history is always accessible without needing to keep individual confirmation emails.
