Cancelling a booking

Cancel a booking and understand refund timing expectations.

Steps

  1. Open your booking details page from My bookings or the confirmation link.
  2. Read the Cancellation policy summary shown in the manage section before tapping cancel.
  3. Tap Cancel booking (or Cancel and refund when eligible) and confirm the action.
  4. Wait for success confirmation and status update to Cancelled before closing the page.
  5. If payment was collected, check refund messaging and keep confirmation for support if needed.
  6. If cancellation is blocked by policy, contact the business directly using details shown on the page.
  7. Outcome check: booking status changes to cancelled and a clear result that matches the policy is shown.
