Submit feedback after your appointment is completed.

Steps

  1. Open your booking details page after the appointment is completed.
  2. Find the Feedback section and choose a rating from 1 to 5 stars.
  3. Add an optional comment with specific details about service quality, communication, and outcome.
  4. Submit feedback and wait for confirmation. You can update feedback later if edits are allowed.
  5. If feedback section is missing, the business may have feedback prompts disabled or booking status may not be completed yet.
  6. Keep feedback factual and constructive so it is useful for both service quality and future customers.
  7. Outcome check: submitted feedback is saved and visible in your booking context.
