Rescheduling a booking

Move your booking to a new available slot.

Steps

  1. Open booking details from My bookings and check the Reschedule policy summary.
  2. If rescheduling is allowed, tap Reschedule. You are redirected into the service booking flow with reschedule context.
  3. Choose a new date/time slot and review any updated pricing or payment requirements.
  4. Confirm the reschedule and wait for completion message before leaving the page.
  5. Save the updated confirmation details and verify new date/time in your calendar.
  6. If reschedule action is blocked, use the business contact section to request manual support.
  7. Outcome check: original slot is replaced by the new confirmed slot with updated confirmation details.
