Create and use your client portal to view all bookings across every Cyntree business in one place.

Steps

  1. The Cyntree client portal is a free account you can create as a customer. It gives you one place to view all bookings you have made across every business on Cyntree at cyntree.com/portal.
  2. To create a portal account, make a booking with any Cyntree business as normal. After entering your email address, you will see an option that says 'Save my bookings in one place'. Check that box and enter a password to create your account. The option only appears after a valid email is entered.
  3. For security, the booking page does not reveal whether an email already has a portal account. If you already have one, sign in at cyntree.com/portal after booking to view your history. If you are unsure of your password, use the reset password page.
  4. Once your account is created, all your historical bookings, including ones made before you had an account, are accessible at cyntree.com/portal/dashboard. They are matched using your email address.
  5. Each booking in the portal shows the service name, business, date, time, status, price, payment details, notes, and address information where applicable. You can tap any booking to see its full detail.
  6. To log in to your portal at any time, go to cyntree.com/portal and enter the email and password you used when creating the account.
  7. If you forget your password, open the reset password page and enter your email. A reset link will be sent to your inbox. Click it to set a new password and return to your dashboard.
