- To edit a service, open it from your Services list and tap to view its details. From the detail screen you can modify any field, including name, description, duration, price, payment settings, location, service extras, and images.
- Changes to active services take effect immediately on your public booking page. Existing confirmed bookings for that service are not affected because changes only apply to new bookings going forward.
- To hide a service from the public list but keep it bookable by direct link, set visibility to Hidden link only. Use this for VIP offers, limited campaigns, or services you do not want browsers to discover casually.
- To pause booking completely, set the service inactive. Inactive services do not appear on your booking page and should not accept new bookings until reactivated.
- To permanently remove a service from your operational list while preserving its booking history, use the archive option. Archived services are hidden from both your service list and your public page, but all past appointment records remain intact.
- You can unarchive a service at any time to restore it to your active list. This is useful for seasonal services or offerings you pause temporarily.
- Deleting a service is a permanent action. Only delete a service if it has no booking history worth keeping. If in doubt, archive instead because it achieves the same visibility result without losing data.
- After any change, open your public booking page from the Share tab to verify customers see the correct, updated information.
