Steps

  1. Booking schedule mode controls where bookable times come from. Business availability uses your normal working hours; fixed service slots restrict bookings to exact times configured for that service.
  2. Use business availability for flexible individual appointments where customers can choose from your open working windows.
  3. Use fixed slots for classes, events, clinics, pop up services, or services that only run at specific start times. Fixed slots are for timed services under 24 hours; one time fixed slot windows can cover up to 7 days.
  4. Set the start date, optional end date, repeat behavior, and weekly slot rules. Duplicate or overlapping fixed slots are blocked for the same service day.
  5. Group bookings use maximum customers per slot. Cyntree Pro and Premium workspaces can create grouped services; Starter workspaces keep individual capacity.
  6. Group services are not compatible with service reports, customer address delivery, client image upload, or booking requests. Customers should choose one of the listed group slots instead.
  7. If you enable remaining places visibility, customers can see remaining places for a group slot. Use it when scarcity helps customers decide, and keep it off when you prefer a calmer booking experience.
  8. After changing fixed slots or group capacity, open the public booking flow and test multiple dates so you know the right seats and times are shown.
