- Service media appears on your public booking page and helps customers understand what to expect. You can upload images, and Premium workspaces can add a short service video where available.
- Plan limits apply: Starter supports 1 service image and no videos; Pro supports up to 3 service images and no videos; Premium supports unlimited service images and 1 service video.
- Premium service videos can be up to 10 seconds. Keep them steady, bright, and focused on the result or experience, not unrelated background footage.
- Mark one image as the cover image. This is the primary visual shown in the service card on your booking page. Choose the image that best represents the finished result or service experience.
- Images and videos display in the service media carousel. Order them so the most compelling image appears first, with supporting images or the video following.
- Use clear, well lit photos with consistent style. Avoid blurry, dark, or heavily filtered images because they reduce customer confidence. Real work samples outperform stock photography.
- Premium workspaces can reuse eligible media from Portfolio Gallery when building richer service and website presentation.
- You can remove or replace images at any time by editing the service. If you change your branding, pricing, or service style, update the images to match so the page stays current.
- Service media can also support your portfolio, website, and marketing materials. Keep your best visuals current because they influence multiple surfaces shown to customers.
